[Artemisia] Funding improvements at The Farm

Perhaps instead of 'permanent' plants at this special site, good gentles of our
Kingdom could bring in 'potted' or some similar semi-portable form, those plants,
flowers and other garnishments to place in various places around the labyrinth.

Various plaques, pots, small half barrels, hanging fern.....etc...

These would then not cause undo upkeep in between events, but would be adornments
of a permanent framework on site. Sorta like our loved ones are adornments of the
framework of our lives.
