[Artemisia] Harvest Rumor

Harvest War is at an incredible new site this year.  We finally outgrew Box
Elder Campground.  And, with the change in the calendar, it is too difficult
to keep the mundane four-wheelers from ruining our medieval atmosphere.
So we are on PRIVATE land with a castle and woods and a brick oven and a
town square and all kinds of wonderfulness!
I think the Kingdom will really enjoy it!
