[Artemisia] Visiting DWS

For anyone wanting to take a short drive to 1000 Eyes, Don Alexander 
Baird will be in Pocatello the weekend of August 2-3 and will be 
attending the Sunday fighter practice at Alameda Park.

Since most of the Kingdom's rapier fighters only get to face off against 
a Caidian White Scarf at Estrella, this would be a good opportunity for 
anyone that can make it up (down, sideways ... depends on where you 
start) to get to play with a DWS from another Kingdom.
