This message is for you nautical types.  I am teaching a netting class on Friday from 2-3:30.  The netting stitch I am teaching can be used to make fishing nets and hammocks as well as ladies' hair nets and lace doilies.  The $10 cost for the class is for a large netting shuttle as well as small netting needles.  I will have some extra large netting shuttles for those who don't want to make small nets.  If the middle-of-the-day class does not work out for learning the big netting, I am willing to find another time to teach those nautical types who want to learn.  The cost of just a big shuttle, a mesh gauge and handout is $4.
