[Artemisia] Defender's Volunteers

Greetings everyone, 
I am currently looking for Volunteers for defenders this weekend. This is an attempt at a very different approach to an event than we have seen in a while but hopefully I can give everyone who would like to be involved a chance to do so. Here’s what I would like to have help with. 
As we are trying to make this even much more like a day in court I would like to have those who are interested in performing let me know so that I have a list of people from which to draw entertainment for their Excellencies and their court. 
There will be opportunities for people to act as Herald for their Excellencies so that courtiers, entertainers, and combatants can be properly announced. 
There are also opportunities for people to watch over the side board to make sure that everything is taken care of in that regard. 
I’m sure that our Water Bearer Lady Faolternia could use some assistance in making sure that people are properly hydrated.
Also I do believe that out List Minister Lady Elizabeth Carter would be delighted with having assistance in running the days tournaments. 
None of these opportunities to serve are and all day occupation, again I would simply like to have a list of people to draw from so I don’t try to do all of this myself. Ideally everyone who wants to help could have an hour or so on duty and then be free to pursue other interests for the remainder of the day.
