[Artemisia] Other Details for Uprising

Her Majesty expressed a wish not to have one this year. She wants to be free to roam amoung the people and interact in an informal setting. She felt that since this is Her third time on the Throne that a formal tea was not necessary. So everyone will be free to visit with Her during shopping, tourneys, displays, ect.
