[Artemisia] Title change for the Youth Office and officers

Greetings,
Please pardon the bandwidth but I wanted to make a short announcement for clarification. From this point on, the local youth officers will no longer be known as the ministers of youth and the Kingdom title will also lose the word minister. In response to a suggestion given in a past Sage Advice towards more PC titles and words, the officers will be known as the following; The Kingdom Youth Officer, the Northern Kingdom DeputyYouth Officer, the Middle Kingdom Deputy Youth Officer and the Southern Kingdom Deputy Youth Officer. An example of how the local youth officers titles will be used might be the Barony of Loch Salaan Youth Officer or the Shire of Stan Wyrm Youth Officer. It is this office's hope that this will make more sense to even those who are just dipping their toes into the dream. It also takes any religious implications out in regards to the youth program.
