[Artemisia] DEADLINE: Letters of Intent for Crown Tourney !!!!

Greetings!  

 

Just a reminder that Letters of Intent and Entrant forms are due to the
Crown, Kingdom Seneschal and Officer of the Lists, two weeks prior to
the Tournament.  That date is SEPTEMBER 28th.  Their Majesties have
requested that HARDCOPY be sent, so please plan ahead for mailing times.
September 28th is the date they have to be RECEIVED...not postmarked.
As of today, very few letters have been presented.
