Actually, it is not in Kingdom law that I am aware of - it was Aten law 
that was not carried over when we went Kingdom.

It would be a GRAND idea to make it Kingdom law, in my (not so humble) 
opinion.

Actually it is in Law -- It's under the duties of the Kingdom
Chronicler:

6.	The Kingdom Chronicler shall:  
	e.	Publish in the Sage Advice a listing of all awards given
by the Crown and Territorial Baronage

So, now we just need to DO it.
