Mr. Gilson.

I agree with Defender Conchobhar on these points.

1.  I think that it is a little early to commit myself to the event.  
2.  I would not want to be presumptuous in speaking for the order as the
whole and committing the whole order to the event.  
3.  I would like to wait and find out who the Autocrat and Rapier
coordinator for Uprising 24 are before making any commitments to the event
that they are going to be coordinating.  I would hate to make and offer and
find that my offer is unnecessary or unwanted.

So I am not saying yea or nay, I am simply saying that I am using my
judgment to defer to the proper time and person(s).

sorry.  I hereby formally request and ask the Defenders of the White Scarves
of Artemisia to run the Tournaments Saturday at Uprising 24, if they will be
