It is just a draft copy and does NOT represent official Corporate Policy until final approval is given and as such should not be re-posted.

Unto the Webministers of the Known World, greetings!

Attached are two copies of the draft of the partial re-write of the
Society Webminister's Handbook, which incorporates some changes and
clarifications that I made, as well as incorporating a lot of
suggestions from webministers past and present. Due to the revisions
that were made, enough of the original version has been changed that
it needs to be re-approved by the President and the BoD.

Please take some time over the next week or two to read over the draft
copy -- and feel free to forward it to your locals for review, if
you'd like -- and give me any feedback you have on it. A final version
will be sent out at the beginning of September to allow for slightly
more than a month for the President to review the handbook.

Remember that this is only a draft copy and does not represent
official Corporate Policy until final approval is given. If you do
forward this to your local webministers, please remind them of this
fact, as well.
