[Artemisia] Hearthwarming Update

And on that note...it is I, Una, or rather my other self, Phaedra who will
be teaching the dance class.  I was wondering if there will be any drummers,
interested in coming to drum during the dance class...it's always more fun
to dance to live music!  (I will also bring a battery bard to augment the
music)

The class will depend on participants.  If there are a number of people who
want to try this for the first time, or have taken just a few dance classes
a long time ago, we will concentrate on basic steps and moving to music.  If
there are some people who have danced, and like to dance around the fires, I
will progress on to step combinations...or you could share some that you
know.  We will also talk about appropriate etiquette around the
campfire...and proper attire!  

I have been dancing for 17 years with Sidonia Om Dunia...and am eager to
share what I have learned!  

Also...a note to Lady Ealusaid:  Please don't schedule me during Aggie's
class...I want to learn how to bake bread at camp!

A last minute bit of tempting information to encourage those that will be
attending Hearthwarming. There is going to be an additional class on Belly
dancing for those that are interested in learning. There will be much more
fun to be had that you definitely do not want to miss out on. So as a recap,
there will be a (possible) mead making class, Aggie is teaching a class on
baking bread at camp, and a belly dancing class that will be tailored to the
attendees. Also a dunk tank fundraiser, as well as a gaming night (period
games) for those that are not fighters. Kids activities keep getting more
and more fun as the planning and prep continues. There will be archery
tournaments and tournaments for both the heavy and rapier fighters. And who
could forget the seemingly endless amount of food that is known as the
Hearthwarming feast. See you there!!!
