[Artemisia] History of Chirurgeons in Artemisia

I have gone thru the old Sage Advise that I have available attempting to 
make a chronology of Artemisian Kingdom Chirurgeons.
Here is what I found, only listed when I found changes & before a change.
There are obviously some gaps here!
Would anyone with better information be able to help make corrections & 
fill in the holes.
