[Artemisia] New Principality

Greetings,
Especially welcome to fellow Principality of Drachewald 
Companions.  I harald some wonderful news.  Insula 
Draconis is now a principality of Drachenwald.  Twenty 
Seven or so years ago as a young Pursavant, I was 
dispatched to that land to declare it an incipient shire 
in the name of the King and Queen of the East and the 
Prince and Princess of Drachenwald.  I traveled via 
military hop which is basically hitchhiking at USAF bases 
to try and get where you want to go on a space available 
basis.  For a young soldier to hop over to another country 
armed with a scroll and just an address of a contact 
person to find it was a grand adventure.  I will share 
that story with my friends if they wish.  I just want to 
pass the word to any fellow Drachenwalders and especially 
freinds that shared the dream in Insula Draconis those 
many years ago.  ( A certain Baroness in Billings comes to 
mind).
