Yes, indeed. Congrats to Insulae Draconis! Their first Coronet tournament will be in three months' time. Insulae Draconis (as far as I can tell) has no baronies, so this will be the first local territorial nobility they've ever had. 

There's also a new Crown Principality in the East Kingdom -- The Northern Shores (the Canadian provinces of Quebec, New Brunswick, New Foundland, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island) region will be getting its first Viceroy and Vicereine (IIRC) some time in the next year.
