[Artemisia] A note of Thanks

This was just the list for battlefield set up.  If you notice most of the
names are from only the prinicpal kingdoms.  There is only one person from
Calontir (who fielded many more fighters then we did), AnTir (who probably
had almost double the fighters) didn't have anyone nor was there anyone
from the West. We really didn't have that many fighters at this war. I can
probably count maybe 18-20 people and quite a few of those people were not
fighting with Artemisia (myself included who had asked permission to fight
with AnTir). Personally, I didn't volunteer only for the fact that I think
Atenveldt needs to realize how important the other kingdoms are to a
successful war.  My impression of the war this year was that it was the
most disorganized that I had experienced.
