[Artemisia] Coronation Reminders

Greetings, all!
Some reminders for Coronation:
The site opens at 10am.  Please bring banners and such to decorate the hall
- there are plenty of hanging spaces (the hall is used to display quilts
during the state fair).

Their Majesties have decreed that They wish to have court beginning at
11am.  Please plan accordingly.

Also:  Parking immediately adjacent to the hall is for loading and unloading
only (exceptions will be made for those with disabled placards for their
vehicles).  Please do not park between the building and the field at any
time unless you are loading or unloading day shades or equipment for the
field.  There is a large parking lot for your convenience.  Also, the large
building with the restrooms to the south of the hall is available for our
use, as the restroom facilities in the hall are small, to say the least.

If you are planning to set up a day shade for the tournies, please consult
with a member of the autocrat staff before driving any stakes into the
ground.  We have to consult with the site staff in order to make sure we
will not hit any water lines, as we are responsible for any damage we cause
if we do not consult them.  Also, please plan to remove your day shades
immediately following the tournaments.

The Kingdom fundraiser will be a silent auction of goods.  The auction will
be set up early in the day and will be closed before feast.  If you wish to
bring donations, please do so.  And don't forget extra coin to purchase the
items you will want to win :)
