[Artemisia] Spring Collegium and youth classes

The general consensus is that classes at Collegia are generally considered to be adult activities even if they are youth-centric in nature. We will certainly make an effort to ensure that the appropriate precautions are taken to protect the Society and the youth of the Kingdom. However, it is not necessary for someone to complete a background check if they wish to teach a class for the youth track.
A good question in any event.
