[Artemisia] Saturday Fighter's Practice

This Saturday, Castelleone will be hosting a regional fighters practice as a
warm-up for our event, Twilight in Valhalla.  The fighters practice will be
held at Memorial Park beginning at 2:00.  We'll have plenty of space, so
this would be a great opportunity for melee practice before Estrella War.
