[Artemisia] Not much information on Barons War

Your Grace, 

I know that the Arts and Sciences competition is scheduled for Saturday.
Additionally there are some classes scheduled during the event. Our
Minister of the Arts and Sciences has some other plans as well as I
understand it. 

As far as rapier is concerned, Don Elyas has some scenarios planned
going along the same theme that we are using for the heavy fighters,
evening up sides by adding or removing the number of resurrections that
each Baronial team will have. Culminating in a "gathering of the sheep"
(there can be only some).
