Greetings unto all Artemisians!  The Province of Arrows’ Flight’s annual Very Silly event is
approaching (March 28), and here’s a short missive with some event updates:

The
Mystery:  What
did our Sheriff find under the melting snow at the Castle?  Come
and place your votes—will it be
treasure? Will it be a saintly relic? Will it be the head of a deposed
tyrant? Examine the evidence and see how the mystery unravels.

Arts
and Sciences:  This
year, the theme of the Arts & Sciences competition is “What Went Wrong Here”
with a prize for the “most epic failure”.
Please bring your projects that someone didn’t quite turn out the way
you’d hoped, and please bring documentation that explains what you tried to do
(this would be regular A&S documentation), and also please explain what
went wrong.

Food
Donations for the Utah County Food Bank:  The need for food donations is now greater
than ever.  Please donate nonperishable
food and hygiene items; donations will be collected at the Reeve’s table and
then taken to the local food bank after the event. Charity is a knightly
virtue; please give generously.

Bad
Garb Competition:  Come
prepared to strut your stuff in our annual bad garb competition! The uglier,
the better.  Get out that gold lamé and
let’s have some fun!  A prize for the
worst garb will be awarded.

Soda
Straw Rapier Tourney: The name says it all! The prize is the
coveted Soda Straw Coronet.

Heavy
Armored Fighting: We have some mysterious fighting planned.
Who fights whom with what weapon in the mystery pit? Who will fight the mystery
beast that lurks in the shadows? Which team will win the Red Rover challenge?
If these scenarios have piqued your interest, be sure to come and experience
them and more, for the fun of it all at our most silly of events
Arrows' Flight's Mystery Event!

Feast: The
feast is being prepared by milady Marguerite and her team, and includes the
following deletables:

First
Remove:

Breads
and Spreads
