[Artemisia] Uprising website

Assuming that you are using IE8, you will need to switch it to
compatibility mode for IE7 or previous.  The menu, for some reason,
does not work properly under the default of IE8.  I don't know why,
and since IE8 came out so recently, I have not had time to figure out
why, nor am I likely to anytime soon.  Everything works fine in
Firefox, IE7 and earlier, and IE8 in compatibility mode.
