Here is the planned lunch for Collegium (included with site fee):


Pasties: bread wrap contains white and whole wheat flours, a little
rye, salt, thyme, oregano, corn oil, yeast.
Choice of:
Beef, onion, carrot, onion soup mix
Chicken, celery, carrot, salt
Spinach, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese for the vegetarians
Moroccan carrot salad: carrots, garlic, cumin, olive oil, lemon juice,
salt
Green salad: Romaine lettuce and mixed baby greens, dressings on the
side
Jeweled rice: rice, onion, carrots, dried fruits (figs, raisins,
apricots, strawberries, apples, plums, cherries), honey, olive oil
Candied almonds (sugar, honey)
Herbed hazelnuts (rosemary, brown sugar, salt, corn oil)
