Really beautiful! However, being arachnophobic, it will be a VERY cold day you know where, and everywhere else, before I ever even consider doing something like that. I'll be sticking to my embroidery.

an 11 foot X 4 foot tapestry woven entirely of *spider silk*. The gold is the silk's natural color, and it took the weavers 4 years of getting up each morning, going out and capturing 15-20 spiders, then "silking" the spiders (basically milking them for silk), then releasing said spiders back out into the wild (to be recaptured at a later time most likely), then weaving the spider silk. They figure something like a million spiders were "silked" for the project.
makes my sewing look pretty paltry, ya know?
