[Artemisia] Crown Tournament results and awards.

Rejoice  O Artemisia, for the Royal linage has been secured.  This past 
weekend,  in the welcoming shire of Windegate, TRM Sean and Nisa, held a 
tournament to  determine suitable heirs for the Gryphon thrones.  The day was 
started  with a brief court, in which Helmut von Meer and Helena of Siverkeep 
were  called before their Majesties to be recognized for their achievements 
within  the Kingdom with Awards of Arms.  In the same court, Lord Antoine de  
Bueil was summoned to be recognized for his growing skill with the rapier  
blade with a Gold Scarf.  Their majesties then met with all contestants  in 
the day’s list before starting the tournaments

The weather was  perfect for fighting (but a bit chilly for spectating).  
All competitors  fought well, with Duke Reinmar Wolfmeire,  HL Ely of the 
Sliver Oak, Sir  Hauk Maclean, Count Morgan d'Antiche, Sir Daman MacMillan, Sir 
Terrel al  Qasab, Sir Hrothgar Horthgarsson, and  Sir Yuri the Yackslapper 
making it  out of the pools.  The Final was between Duke Reinmar Wolfmeire 
and Sir  Daman MacMillan with Sir Daman winning the day with the inspiration 
of his  Consort Darcie. 

After the coronation of Their Royal Highnesses  Prince Damon and Princess 
Darcie, several circles were held and an amazing  feast was served.  While 
their Majesties and their Highnesses feasted,  they were entertained by 
several individuals competing to be the next Bard of  Artemisia.  

In evening court, Their Majesties called  forward Seng Si to thank her for 
her service as a Lady in Waiting the previous  week and to make her a Lady 
in her own right with an Award of Arms.  Her  Royal Majesty proclaimed Duke 
Reinmar to be the most Chivalrous fighter of the  day and awarded him with 
the Shield of Chivalry.  After this, Lady  Katrianna of the Crosswinds was 
announced as the newest Bard of  Artemisia.  Finally, Their Royal Majesties 
called forward Penelope  Highfield and Killian Calway to recognize them both 
with an Award of Arms.  

Vivat! for our new Prince and Princess, and all of our award  recipients!
