[Artemisia] Schedule and Volunteer list for Feast of St. Esebel/Baronial Ivestiture

Greetings All,
Here is a schedule and the list of areas where we need volunteers for the Feast of St. Esebel/Baronial Investiture. 
Decorating will happen around 9pm on Thursday night. I know this is unusual but we are working around the schedules of the church and HL Freydis. I believe she has people but more is always better. 
PLEASE, get your banners to myself or Freydis if you would like them up!!!! We would love to have as many as possible for decorating. (If you are coming from out of area and would like yours up please see myself or Freydis on site and we will try to get them up.
 
6:30pm on Friday night set up will happen, come help set up tables, hang signs etc. 
 
I still need a couple servers for the feast. We have a good kitchen staff but need 4-6 people to serve feast.
 
We need a clean up crew for post event.  Please bring you vacuum cleaner...it's a big site! If we have a few it will go very quickly! As the name states you would be cleaning. The decorating staff will be taking down what they put up.

9:00am Site Opens 
 
We will open the silent auction for the Clothiers guild at 10:00am
 
11:00am Final Court for Their Excellencies Braden and Giliana
 
Baroness' Champion competition will open after court and be available until 4:00pm
 "Come throw down your gauntlet against other challengers who would protect the moose herd as Baroness' Champion. No advance preparation required. All materials will be provided. The Iron Moose Competition (think Iron Chef with a twist) will test your creativity, accuracy and fortitude!" All are welcome to participate but the winner will be chosen from the Barony of Arn Hold.

 
1:00 pm   A&S judging, Weird Weapons Tourney for the Heavy fighters 
               Xeno's class- What color is your house?
 
2:00 pm Lady Aurora will teach How the Youth Program Can Save Your Sanity. A class for parents and interested adults. Come learn how the Artemisian Youth Program really works and see how it can improve your entire family's SCA experience.
 
3:00pm Weird Weapons Tourney for Rapier fighters
 
4:00pm silent auction closes, Baroness' Championship closes
 
5:00pm Court
 
7:30pm Feast will begin and a game for your entertainment during the feast...
 
10:00pm Site Closes
