I really don't think people would want me to DJ. My music mostly contains show tunes and a lot of weird ass music that most people don't listen to. So question is it going to be all period dancing or are we going to branch out? just a question

If that happens, please let me know so I can update my Fool's Ball dance
list. Keep in mind a very important point regarding music: some songs are
for listening to, some are for singing along with, and some are for dancing
to. Although the musical layout might LOOK like something you can do Black
Nag to, in fact, the bridge of most songs tends to disrupt dancing to a
piece.
That is, of course, providing that you WANT to dance SCA dances to modern
music. Here's a cookie for you: I'll teach Hole in the Wall for it, and
Korabushka. For those who wish to protest on the grounds that those dances
are not period, please see my handout for the class SCAisms, or Why I Don't
Store My Brass Buttons In Urine.
I have an iPod and I know how to use it! (It's actually pretty easy... you
hook it up to the electronic bard and click the remote.)
