[Artemisia] Dog carts/ SCA dog stuff

[Cadet]

Having recently brought a Great Pyrenees pup into my home, the idea of dog
cart events definitely appeals.  The last male of her breed that I had used
to pull me or my mother around the neighborhood for his nightly walks.  And
yes, a War-Dog Chariot would be quite fun.
