  I feel like an idiot since she was just at Estrella.. but does anyone
  remember the name (or have contact information!?) for the lovely lady
  who merchanted her handwoven fabrics at Uprising (and at Estrella)?

  I can't remember her name, but it could be the lady from Glendive.  You might want to try the Incipient Shire of Drachenveld.
