[Artemisia] Rope farthingale

Just found some additional info at http://www.elizabethancostume.net/ 
cordtips.html where the author states she used 1/8" rope and it stood  
out better than she expected.  She did say that she needed to starch  
it though.  She also states that she also used 1/2" and didn't need  
starch.
