Good Gentles all,
 
If I may borrow your attention for a moment and bid you a Good Day.
Hearthwarming is coming up and it will definetly be an event that you won't
want to miss. There will be archery, fighting of all kinds, and there is
even rumor that the "dunk tank" will be making a return trip to our fair
site for those that may want to help their friends cool off after a long hot
day fighting or lounging, or get even with old friends who dunked them last
year. There will even be a small period gaming house for those who wish to
try thier luck or skill at period games and an auction to follow the gaming.
The food is said to be very well and filling also, so bring your appetites
and entertainment and join us for some fun and merriment on Aug 20-22. There
will be plenty for all to do even if you choose to just come down and hang
out by playing in the water next to site. 
The site fees for camping are $14 for adults, $7 for kids up to age 14, then
6 and under are free. Family cap is $42 (2 adults, 3 smalls)

Day tripping fees are $7 for adults, $4 for kids to 14, and 6 and under are
free.

 

Feast fees are $24 for the adults the whole weekend, $12 for kids to age 14,
and $6 for smalls 5 and younger.

Sat feast only is $13 for the adults, $7 for 14 to six, and $4 for children
under 6. 

 

Menu will be as follows (if you have dietary concerns please contact the
feastocrat):

 

Fri. Night Menu:

Stew and rolls.

 

Sat Breakfast:

Pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and fuit. (plus coffee for those that
need that wake up juice)

 

Sat Dinner:

A pound of steak, the awesome onion, corn on the cob, green salad, potatoes,
and strawberry shortcake for dessert. 

 

Sun Breakfast:

Breakfast burritoes and fruit (and of course more of that coffee stuff for
those that had too much fun the night before and need their wake up juice). 

 

There will also be a small lunch tray available this year for those that
need something to tide them over till dinner that night included in the
feast cost. 

 

If their are any that would like to pre-reg you are welcome to as this will
help to give us a count on attnedance, or just want to reserve the right to
get through troll a little quicker, please feel free. Thank you for your
