[Artemisia] Castle Siege site info

Hello again from the Event Steward, good gentles of Artemisia! This is the
last announcement for information on Castle Siege 2010.

Some site information that might be useful to those preparing for this
event:
1. Most importantly, water. The hose water at the site isn't quite fit for
drinking. As the site owner advised us not to use it, we'd like to keep the
Kingdom healthy and not use it. So, please try to bring your own water, and
the Shire will provide some as well.
2. Since it's a camping event, there won't be much seating available. Please
bring your chairs to the event, especially if you want a seat at Court.
3. Pets are allowed on-site this year! Please pick up after your pets
immediately. Leashing is preferred unless your pet is very well-trained.
4. Please take as much of your trash as possible with you when you leave.
5. Above ground fires only.
6. The site is wet; please try to use period containers.

The mostly concrete but still slightly tentative schedule:
FRIDAY
2 pm: Site opens, set-up begins
Dusk: Torchlight Tourney
Evening: Party in the Grand Pavilion and the Shire Bardic Competition

SATURDAY
11am-12pm: Armor inspection
12pm: Fighting scenarios begin
1-5pm: Classes
5pm: Shire Rapier Championship
7:30pm: Court in the Grand Pavilion
Immediately following Court will be our Live Auction and a Belly Dance
competition.
Activities with no set start time are Period Lawn Games and Archery.
