[Artemisia] Volunteers and Rodeorising ^_^

Thank you to everyone that volunteered this year.  The turn out was
fantastic for Friday and Saturday, and it was a great relief to our tireless
crew to take a mini-break before teardown on Sunday.

By the by Dawn, I feel like this was more like Rodeorising, considering the
amount of people that actually wrangled the Grand Pavillion and other
pavillions when they went flying into the air.
