[Artemisia] One additional Thank You

I wanted to specifically thank His Highness Sir Timur for speaking up in
court and spurring the action of enough volunteers for the Thursday night
security shift.  I would have loved to thank him personally at Uprising, but
unfortunately due to time constraints I was unable to do so.  Again my
thanks to all those who did volunteer this year; you have mine and the
Barony's gratitude.
