[Artemisia] Clarification re: Crown Tourney Letters

Greetings, all.

I would like to clarify my post from yesterday regarding the letters
of intent for Crown Tournament.

Their Majesties are requiring that the letters along with the
requested documentations be mailed to them via postal mail.  They will
*not* be accepting them electronically.  They must be received by
March 20, 2010 (not postmarked, but received).  I mistakenly typed
March 21 yesterday.

THL Sajah, the Kingdom List Minister, and I will accept electronic
copies as long as they are complete including clear copies of the
cards.  We must receive any electronic copies by 11:59pm on March 20th
for them to be accepted.
