The pairing in a Kingdom list is up to TRM's.  It is not done by the list minister.  Local events are up to the B and B.  

There are bracket websites that are used in mundane sports.  You may want to google it.

I need a source for downloadable brackets for tournaments.  I want something that I can keep stand-alone on the laptop and take with me to the tournament to fill out and have the computer do the arguing  ...  er ... I mean PAIRING for me.
