[Artemisia] Name That Object

Good gentles of Artemisia, I wish to know the name of an object so that I
can figure out where to obtain one.

This object is a sort of metal stake with rings attached to it.  It is used
to plant a banner pole into earth.  I cannot for the life of me figure out
what the name of this most useful object is.  Does anyone know what it's
called?  Is it the sort of thing that one can obtain at a mundane merchant,
or is it only available in the Known World?
