[Artemisia] Attention ALL Fighters attending Uprising (out of Kingdom addendum)

When I wrote my original post, I was thinking Artemisia. SCA membership requirements to fight will be for Kingdom of residence.  For example, if you are from An Tir, an An Tir combat authorization card will be sufficient. My apologies for any confusion this may have caused.
