[Artemisia] Need help locating anyone in the Canton of Brinside Moor, Kingdom of Trimaris

Greetings everyone,

Does anyone have any contacts for The Canton of Brinside Moor down in
Sarasota & Bradenton, Florida (Kingdom of Trimaris)?  I have a friend who is
trying to join up with the rapier folks down there and he is having no luck
whatsoever in finding out where their fighter practices are, who to contact
or anything.  I even sent him to the Trimaris Rapier Marshal and still no
replies to his emails.  So, if anyone on the list has any ideas on whom else
