[Artemisia] Reminder: Crown Tourney LoI Deadline

Greetings, all.
Please do not forget that letters of intent to enter Their Majesties' Crown
List are due by Saturday, September 18th.  Their Majesties are *not*
accepting electronic copies and must receive yours by the due date for it to
be accepted.  The deadline is not the postmark date, but the date they must
be received.  HL Sajah, the Kingdom List Minister, and I will accept
complete electronic copies.  This includes copies of your cards and the
entrant forms.  If you have sent it and have not received confirmation that
I have received it, please drop me a note *off list* if you wish to double
check.
