For those of you able to attend, here is a menu of sorts.

2 kinds of pork sausage
2 kinds of beef sausage
sauerkraut
spaetzle
white rolls
fresh cheese spread
apple tartlets
home brewed ginger ale

All served buffet style so your activities will only be briefly interrupted 
while you fill your plate.
