Can insulin be frozen? I am also diabetic, but not insulin dependent, so I do not know.
The icehouse conversation might be of particular interest...

In this proposed scenario, I die. No skills or stockpiling can keep me alive. If
harmaceutical production stops, I'm done. I require insulin to live, which
nsulin has a limited shelf life and also requires refrigeration. Bleak future
or me.
