I just got this from a friend of mine in An Tir...

There looks to be a bunch of archery shoots listed and for the rapier 
fighters, this is what he told me...

The king and Queen will be there...

It is the first stop on the An tir 2011 Rapier circut, so there will be 
about 10 white scarves vieing for this years "bragging Rights" So, you 
could get a chance to fence against some people from Canada, southern 
Or etc.
