[Artemisia] From your Seneschal

Greetings, all.

I will be leaving the Kingdom for a few days to attend Estrella War.  I will
be basically unavailable from now until Tuesday, February 22.  Baron Conrad
von Zuberbuhler, Emergency Deputy Seneschal, will be monitoring the
seneschal's email account and attending to immediate issues.  If they are
not immediate, I will reply when I return next week.

Also, I would like to meet the group seneschals informally.  I will be
attending the Kingdom event... umm... party... ummm.... Coronation in Arn
Hold in March and Crown Tournament in Sentinels' Keep.  If you are there,
please see me.  Non-seneschals are welcome to do so as well.

Also, there is a lot of great commentary happening in respond to the
newsletter issue.  PLEASE make sure you are also sending a message with your
thoughts to the SCA.org email address in the original message.  No matter
which side of the issue you are on, the people that need to hear it will not
hear it if you don't do so.  Please know that I will be working closely with
Dame Hildegarde, the Kingdom Chronicler, as well as others as this moves
forward as there are a lot of "offshoot" issues that will occur as this
takes place.

Also, it's Crown Tournament time... Letters are due two weeks before the
tournament.  I will be accepting copies at Coronation - if you are planning
to enter, that's a good opportunity to get them to all the necessary
parties.
