[Artemisia] Newsletter Production Stipends

I think everyone who is responding to the issue right now on the Aerie can
be assumed to have at least some access to recreational internet, so perhaps
the claims on egocentricity are a little unfair. I have no doubt that
e-newsletters could be a burden on a small number of people in the SCA, but
I think the board is rightly trying to cut costs in whatever way they can
without sacrificing aspects of the game that are actually important. If
it's a choice between not having a paper newsletter and not having, say,
heavy fighting, I will wholeheartedly choose to do away with the paper
newsletter. SCA Inc is continuously trying to do more with less, and of all
the decisions that have to be made, and this one seems obvious compared to
the alternatives.
