Greetings dear gentiles,
I have a question about the costume challenge that Baroness Bianca has issued.  I ask here so that the answer can be available to all.

I see in the rules that receipts for supplies will be examined.  As stashes are allowed, how would you like draws from   “Fabric 
  and/or Notion Stashes”  documented?
