I've been watching the patterns and forecasts for the area with these two
sites

I usually use the "monthly" view for this one, and it shows the whole
month...obviously only up-to-date to the current day, then there's a
forecast for the next 5 days, and the averages for the rest of the days.

Apparently the wind is never less than 5 mph up there! I've heard it joked
that it's "Windrising", and now I know why!
