[Artemisia] Harvest War!!

To All Artemisians.
 
Harvest War!! is just around the corner.  
 
There are a few changes, not that anyone likes changes but things that we have had to accomodate too, and just gentle reminders:
 
1.  There is NO camping in the upper field (Admin Area) those that like to camp up there sorry, the lower field between C and D camp will be the noisey camp.  The Admin area is for fighting, archery, thrown weapons and parking only.
 
2.  The camp hosts have told me there is to be no above ground fire pits and to use only the designated firepits.  There are is at least one in each campsite.  There is no fires to be used on the lower field at all.  This is a dangerous time of the year. This also means teak torches.  (Sorry)
 
3.  You will see posted around the site Bear posters, as always when camping we need to make sure all foods are taken care of and that you are responsible for all and any trash.  There is a large dumpster up by the flushable toilets at Camp C.
 
4.  The stream is not to be used by children at any time unless there is an adult with them at all times. We all know how water fascinates children. If a child is found without an adult there, there will be given only one warning.  Please make sure children know this.  There are alot of children activities planned.
 
5.  This is an animal friendly enviroment, but all animals must be attached to a responsible person.  
 
6.  There is a noise ordinance in the Mantua area and that is 6am - 10pm.  If  you are having parties after those hours please keep it down to a dull roar.  We all like to have a good time, we just don't want the local constable to invade us and put anyone in the stockade.
 
7.  We have the entire campsite this year so there is plenty of room.  So mundanes will be minimal, there will as always those that visit us from the area, please make them feel welcome.  Our camp hosts are really good people and have hosted the site previously and are excited for us to be back. 
 
8.  This year an Eric will be set up in Town Square for fighting.  The Rapier Marshal will be taking care of the tourney.  
 
9.  The Marshals have ask for everyone to make sure your cards and membership is up to date and that you have them on your personage.  
 
10. Above all else have fun.  
 
We of the Shire of Cote du Ciel are looking forward to see everyone that can come.  For those not able to attend you will be missed greatly.
