[Artemisia] Uprising activities schedule

There are some conflicts in the schedule, like the Chivalry Workshop at the same time as Heavy Melee, and Youth Court scheduled during Youth Combat...

Is the schedule somewhat flexible? SCA event schedules usually are tentative, for almost all events almost all the time; I believe this is "Normal" and am hoping this question is not taken as a criticism.  Will these "flexes in schedule" be posted somewhere?  At gate perhaps?
