[Artemisia] Spring Equestrian workshop day

Toni has offered to host a spring workshop the 2nd weekend in March Sat the 10th from 10am to 2pmish in her fathers shop in Meridian.  This would be a time to work on any equestrian projects that may require tools you don't normally have access to.  The insurance cert has also arrived and we have coverage Starting the same weekend thru Nov (saturdays 10am - 2ish ), the arena is in really good shape.
